Online therapy is a secure and convenient way to meet for sessions from the comfort of your own space. We connect through a confidential video platform that’s easy to use on a phone, tablet, or computer.
The therapy itself is the same. Whether we're using EMDR, or talk therapy, the approaches are just as effective online. Many clients find it easier to open up in their own environment.
I’ll walk you through setting up your Therapy Portal account before our first session. After that, it’s easy—just log in and click the link on your session day.

At this time, I offer sessions exclusively online. While I don’t have an in-person office, many clients find that virtual therapy allows them to feel more comfortable and supported in their own space.
I’m committed to creating a safe, connected experience—whether we're meeting from across town or across the state. If you’re new to online therapy, I’ll guide you through the process and make sure it feels easy and personal.

A Good Faith Estimate is a clear, upfront outline of the expected costs for your therapy sessions before you start, for individuals who pay out of pocket. It helps you know what fees to expect so there are no surprises along the way. This is especially helpful if you don’t have insurance.
If you’d like a Good Faith Estimate, just let me know—I’m happy to provide one.

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy and take some time to understand your story. Together, we’ll set goals that feel meaningful to you, all while beginning to build a safe and trusting space where you can feel supported.

I recommend starting therapy with weekly sessions for the first 4 weeks to build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. The length of therapy also depends on the type of work we’re doing—if we’re digging deep and focusing on trauma, weekly sessions are usually needed to support the healing process, which takes time. From there, we’ll check in regularly to decide together when you feel ready to step back or finish. Many clients notice that as they heal, they feel more confident standing on their own and need less support—and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
