ABOUT LORALYNNE, LPC—
I’m an individual, online therapist, for men and women of the greater Phoenix area and all of AZ specializing in relationships, trauma, and blended families.

I know what it’s like to walk through times of pain, uncertainty, and complicated relationships.
I understand what it feels like to carry the weight of experiences that seem too complex, too painful, or too messy to name — let alone share.
My path to becoming a trauma therapist is deeply personal. I’ve lived through seasons that tested my limits — and those same seasons taught me what I’m capable of.
I know what it’s like to rebuild, after trauma, emotional wounds, and divorce — to stand in the aftermath and teach my heart, body and mind that it’s safe to trust again. This process takes time and self compassion.
I built a life — with new relationships and a renewed sense of self — laying one brick at a time, with hope as the foundation.
These experiences shape how I show up for you: with empathy, real life understanding, presence, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to heal.
I believe healing is not only possible — it’s powerful. It brings you back to yourself — to a place where your choices, your voice, and your needs matter.

Offer fresh perspectives on your circumstances, helping you see things from new angles and find the good, even in difficult times.
Welcome your authentic self and support you in letting go of expectations around others’ responses, so you can be more at peace with yourself.
Teach you personalized coping skills using all five senses to calm your body when you feel overwhelmed.
